The Kawasaki King K8 is a new racket for the 2018 season from Kawasaki. It's a 4 Star rated racket packed with technology.
T-Join power - The most visually obvious part of the King K8 apart from the stunning purple and red colour scheme is the T joint at the throat of the head. Torsional strength is on of the most important considerations for badminton rackets as this allows off centre shots to be hit with similar power to those struck in the middle of the racket. King Series rackets use special T Technology, joining the shaft and frame seamlessly allowing over 35% more power to pass through the racket. This creates a super stable racket face.
Hexagonal Frame - Mathematical analysis and computer modelling have been used to create the new hexagonal frame structure on the new King series to help the racket feel more stable on impact and quicker through the air.
Kernel Power - By using a super high strength polymer on the inside of the frame rather than the normal pressure expansion foam the King series rackets have improved strength and reduced vibration on impact compared to traditional rackets.
C60 Fullerene Carbon - This racket has added C60 Fullerene Carbon into the frame to make the frame stiffer, with less torque, faster rebound speed and better hitting sound. Fullerene Carbon has amazing properties being stiffer than diamond yet more malleable than steel.
